Elite Producer
Phase II:
Ascension
Ascension is earned through consistent performance and professional excellence. Elite Producers have mastered their craft, lead by example, and set the standard for production and client service.
Phase III: Leadership
UNIT MANAGER
Leadership is where success begins to multiply. Unit Managers are responsible for developing people, building winning teams, and creating the next generation of Olympian leaders through coaching and mentorship.
MANAGING PARTNER
Phase IV: Legacy
Legacy represents the highest level of leadership within Olympian. Managing Partners shape the future of the organization by building leaders, expanding the company, and creating a lasting impact that extends far beyond individual success.
